The all new Duke PT 16 (DIN 6-16) also combines the downhill performance of a Jester with comfortable uphill properties of a pin binding. The Duke PT series are our favourites for people who put a priority on downhill performance and durability and don't mind lugging a heavier binding uphill to maximise enjoyment on the way down.
The Duke PT is an engineering marvel, with the removable alpine toe piece revealing pin touring capability underneath. Two options when removing the toe: pull it all the way off and stash it in your backpack for long trips up, or for shorter trips you can click it down onto the ski.
Marker's Sole ID system means these bindings are compatible with all normed boots, Alpine, Grip Walk or Touring. You will need Pins in your boots in order to use the touring functions, but if you have a ski you like to ski with both Alpine and Touring boots you can ski the resort in either.
